Working with the team from PMA Advertising, the home development wished to create a digital online display campaign that would target highly-defined groups of potential home buyers in select geographical areas.

Results

The geo-fenced, highly-targeted campaign saw immediate results as home sales spiked soon after the campaign’s launch as potential home buyers in and around the Coachella Valley were not only made aware of the new development, but also took action and headed out to Palm Desert to tour, and in many cases, buy the beautiful homes.
