LifeStream | 9 Cities Challenge

DRIVE BLOOD DONATIONS DURING THE HOTTEST TIME IN THE DESERT

Brief

It’s tough to get people in the Coachella Valley motivated to do anything when it’s 122 degrees outside, but the was the challenge with LifeStream blood bank’s Nine Cities Challenge – which sought to motivate desert residents to donate blood with a friendly competition between cities.

Teaming with Hunter | Johnsen, a website was created for the event and a digital campaign was launched to promote it.

Results

The event saw its highest total of blood donations yet following the website launch.  Coachella Valley residents were educated about the importance of donating blood with geo-fenced display and social media campaigns – with many taking action and donating.
