FAQs
These are the questions I get most often from people trying to figure out what to do next with their website or marketing. If you don’t see your question here, that’s normal. Most situations don’t fit neatly into an FAQ.
I work with small businesses, nonprofits, public agencies, and event-driven organizations. Some are local to the Coachella Valley, others are spread across California and the U.S. What they tend to have in common is that they want practical help, clear thinking, and someone who follows through.
No. While I’m based in the Coachella Valley, I regularly work with clients across California and throughout the U.S. I’ve supported projects for organizations in Florida, Texas, Louisiana, and beyond, as well as websites serving audiences from Canada to Washington, D.C.
It means we start with clarity instead of jumping straight into tactics. Sometimes that leads to a defined project. Other times it looks more like ongoing support or a fractional digital role. The goal is always the same: solve the right problems and make steady progress without unnecessary complexity.
Both. Some clients come to me for a specific website or campaign. Others need ongoing help keeping their digital presence in good shape. We’ll figure out what makes sense based on your situation, not force you into a preset package.
I offer clear starting points, but most work is customized. Every organization has different needs, timelines, and constraints. We’ll talk through scope and expectations before anything moves forward so there are no surprises.
Pricing depends on the type of work, scope, and level of involvement. Some projects are flat-fee, others are monthly. I’ll always explain the options clearly and help you choose something sustainable.
Yes. That’s actually pretty common. If something feels off with your website or marketing but you can’t quite put your finger on it, we can start with a conversation and work backward from there.
Yes. Many clients work with me because they want one person who understands how websites, content, email, and marketing efforts connect. Sometimes I’m hands-on, sometimes more advisory, and sometimes I help coordinate other specialists.
Most of my work is on WordPress, often using Avada. I also work with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, email platforms, scheduling tools, and various marketing systems. If you’re using something else, we can talk through it.
Yes. There’s no handoff to a junior team or account manager. You’ll work directly with me from start to finish.
That depends on your preference. Some clients want to stay closely involved, others prefer to delegate. We’ll set expectations early so the collaboration feels comfortable on both sides.
Yes. I’ve worked with nonprofits, water districts, and other public-facing organizations that need clarity, reliability, and accessibility in their digital presence.
Absolutely. In some cases I act as a supplemental resource or second set of eyes, helping clarify priorities or handle specific pieces without disrupting what’s already in place.
That’s fine. Not every conversation turns into a project. The goal of an initial discussion is clarity, not pressure.
The easiest way is to schedule a conversation. We’ll talk through what’s going on, what you’re trying to accomplish, and whether it makes sense to work together.
